Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it securely to your original packaging.
Package and Ship
Place your hats in a sturdy box to prevent crushing during transit and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new selection within 5-7 business days.
